Materials management plays an important role in the generating enterprise production, and the cost of raw material accounts for 70% of generating cost, so controlling material cost is the key of cost reduction. Functions and Benefits of GD-MIOT System
GD-MIOT system has three basic functions:

The separate terminal of weighing and dispatching system is used to manage the vehicles and weighing without artificial intervention; it will be efficient, safe and reliable. Thus it's easy to dispatch and preclude weighing cheating by RFID, infrared locating and video monitoring, etc; the separate terminal are connected with the core switch through an interface.
Users can use the separate terminal of quality inspecting system to manage the materials sampling and inspecting as well as quality inspecting anti-cheating system, which improves the accuracy of sampling and collects the real-time data of quality inspecting. The two platforms are integrated with an interface that connected with the core switch.
The whole process of settling accounts can be directly monitored by controlling the dynamic data of contract and goods as well as the materials purchasing and cash flow, which precludes cheating from the source. It tightly combines with ERP/MIS system.
