HVHIPOT Partial Discharge Test System for GIS, transformer, power cables
The system is especially designed for 245kV GIS testing in the factory and on-site. As its good encapsulation, it can perform PD test in normal environment. When it tests partial discharge, the PD level is less than 3pc, and it can be added a HV bushing to perform the withstand voltage test at the same time. 



Features

1. Vehicle-mounted High Voltage Test system, including High voltage testing transformer, capacitive divider, compensation reactor, isolation transformer, hydraulic system, control system. Each parts will be connected by power cable. All equipment can be mounted in mobile vehicle.

2. The control system can be operated by manual and automatic. LCD screen and pointer display.

The regulation device uses stepping motor to control, to realize manual constant speed control and automatic variable speed control. The compensation of reactor can be controlled by panel buttons. It has coarse compensation and fine compensation, to change compensation current.

Sound and light alarm.

3. HV part includes high voltage testing transformer, coupling capacitor, divider and current-limiting resistor. They are all installed in SF6 gas sealing tank. It can make withstand voltage test and partial discharge test for test object at 275kV and below. The yearly leak rate of all sealing gas chamber is less than 0.5%.

4. The HV part can be controlled up and down by hydraulic motor control device.
