I. General information
GDPV-III PV Array IV Curve Tester is mainly used for the volt-ampere characteristic test of solar cells. It can conveniently and quickly test the working characteristics of solar cell modules under natural light, and can provide test guarantees for the design, acceptance and maintenance of solar power plants. It is an essential testing tool for power station construction units, quality inspection departments, manufacturers, and scientific research units. This product comes with test probes for ambient temperature, panel temperature, irradiance detection, etc., which can comprehensively record the environmental status of the test. The main unit of the tester adopts a portable design, with dust-proof and splash-proof functions, and adopts a high brightness color LCD that can be seen in the sun to meet the needs of field work. The host has a built-in WINDOWS operation interface familiar to users, and the test results are intuitive and clear, providing users with a first-class operation experience. 

The appearance structure of GDPV-III PV Array IV Curve Tester adopts the industry's most advanced two-color and two-material integrated mold design process. The appearance is novel and bright, sturdy and durable, and it adopts the dual operation mode of touch and button, which is very convenient to operate. Built-in USB interface and SD card interface, which can easily expand the capacity and transfer data, and can communicate directly with the PC through the built-in Ethernet port. Wireless connection is adopted between the host and the probe, which can provide long-distance wireless connection function, which is convenient for field operation. The host has built-in multiple optional calibration models and provides upgrade services, allowing you to obtain the latest calibration data, improve test accuracy, and support user-defined calibration models. 

GDPV-III PV Array IV Curve Tester can test voltage up to 1500V, current test up to 20A, and can test 30kW PV modules. It can test parameters such as open-circuit voltage, short-circuit current, and maximum power of solar cell modules/square arrays. Provide users with accurate and efficient volt-ampere characteristic testing tools.


II. Features

A wireless connection is adopted between the host and the probe, providing a wireless communication connection function of up to 100 meters, making your test more convenient. 
High-brightness, visible color LCD display in sunlight, touch screen and keyboard operation, including rich peripheral interfaces, and support storage space expansion through the USB port. 
Using WINCE graphics system and thoughtful menu design. 
Outdoor low-light volt-ampere characteristic test, and provide standard STC test condition correction. If the user needs, it can provide measurement services and issue a measurement certificate. 
Built-in rich solar cell module correction model database, covering the products of most module manufacturers, providing reference for the conversion and comparison of test results, and providing users with a comprehensive parameter setting function, which is convenient for users to manually add test correction models. 
With high-voltage isolated power supply design inside, to provide users with reliable security. 
Automatic range switching function, with overvoltage, overcurrent and temperature protection. 
Continuous test function, which can automatically test the photovoltaic array under test according to the set time interval, and automatically store the test results. 
Built-in large-capacity replaceable lithium-ion battery provides sufficient power for testing. 
Have environmental monitoring functions such as ambient temperature detection, battery panel temperature detection, solar irradiance detection, and provide to user selectable irradiance measurement certificates.
