Product Description

I. General Description

This system is mainly suitable for partial discharge detection of micro-sized electrical components and insulating materials such as transformers, cables, and low-voltage switchgear.
It can apply 15kV high voltage to power equipment, in order to check whether there are defects (partial discharge) in the insulation materials of power equipment, to assess the partial discharge level of the product, and to discover the insulation defects of the tested product.





II. System Specification

The whole adopts an integrated structure, intelligent boost operation, and synchronous collection of partial discharge signals.

It adopts a closed object structure to shield certain interference sources. It also has software anti-interference design and multiple anti-interference methods to adapt to harsh electromagnetic environments.

The software connection is used to automatically shrink to facilitate the connection of test specimens.

4. Multi-signal collection
The independent interface displays high-voltage voltage, high-voltage current, low-voltage voltage, low-voltage current, time and withstand voltage results. The high-voltage curve is dynamically displayed, and the display is intuitive and clear.

5. Comprehensive protection functions
Complete overvoltage, overcurrent protection, flashover protection, self-setting output voltage, high-voltage current upper limit, and timing time.

6. Diversified operation methods
The human-machine interface adopts PC computer platform operation mode, intelligent working process, and optional automatic mode and manual mode.

7. The software has powerful functions
Save experimental data manually or at any time, store waveforms at any time, and re-display and analyze previously saved test waveforms. The gain range has six levels of coarse adjustment, and each level can be fine-tuned at will. Digital windowing technology can avoid the impact of interference on measurements.

8. Comply with national and international standards
The partial discharge display results of this software comply with the IEC60270 standard.
