GDJS-610A  Insulated glove(boot) Test set is special equipment for batch test of insulated gloves(boots), which simplify test procedure, improve test speed and reduce test strength. This guarantee test persons' security and identify parameters of leakage current, insulation aging and frequency voltage reliably. It can test 6pcs insulated glove(boot) at the same time.

The device integrate high voltage power with control system. It include the following characteristics: Easy wiring and testing, reliable and reasonable layout, convenient moving, flexible dismounting, which is ideal product for updated generation.


Features
1. 320×240 liquid crystal display, high speed thermal printer.
2. High-voltage voltage, low-voltage current, 6-channel leakage current, a total of 8 way measurement methods, high-precision sensors and high-performance 14-bit AD acquisition chip. Can be extended to 16 measurement channels.
3. Man-machine dialogue full keyboard operation mode, intelligent work process, optional automatic mode and manual mode.
4. Real-time display of high voltage, low voltage, 6 leakage current, time and withstand voltage results, the display is straightforward.

Functions
1. Various test transformers such as oil immersed, dry or SF6 gas can be configured according to user requirements.
2. Suitable for insulating gloves (boots), insulation leakage test of 6-110kV insulation rod and function detection of 6-110kV electroscope
3. Multi-channel leakage independent measurement and separate insulated water tank can accurately judge the insulation of the tested product.
4. The whole set adopts chain or stainless steel slider high-voltage electrode, which can adjust the electrode height arbitrarily.
5. The electrode is made of stainless steel and coated with CU/EpNi5bc surface to make the surface discharge less than 10pC.
6. Special copper insulated boots are evenly pressed to make the bottom of the boot evenly distributed.
7. Insulated shoes test The dry test method of 4mm small steel ball is adopted to avoid the traditional water injection test method, which makes the insulating boots difficult to dry.
8. Equipped with insulation rod leakage test bracket can be used as insulation rod for power frequency withstand voltage and leakage test
9. Equipped with electroscope function detection device can test the influence of starting voltage, in-phase and reverse-phase interference electric field of electroscope.
10. The instrument is completely isolated from the high voltage system, which not only accurately measures multiple high-voltage leakage currents, but also ensures the personal safety of the test personnel.
