Features
1. Microcomputer data processing technology. The test data will be recorded directly to microcomputer and caculated automatically.
2. Manual and automatic operation. If there is abnormal status for automatic operation, manual operation can be used.
3. Manual control function
Manual record test data and save in the database.
Test procedure can be proceed by PC software.
Test item can be selected by button. One time to operate one test task.
All test functions and test process can be selected and controlled by buttons of front panel.
4. Automatic control function
Test procedure can be proceed by PC software, and controlled by mouse and keyboard.
Test data can be recorded and saved automatically.
In automatic testing, the button on the front of panel is useless.
Test item can be selected by button of dialog box. One time to operate one test task.
In no-load and load test, environmental temperature is recorded automatically.
In temperature rise test, automatic control constant power and constant current. Meanwhile, temperature test data will be automatically recorded every 15s.
The test result such as insulation resistance and oil withstand voltage, can be recorded manually in the file.
All test results are corrected according to the requirement of GB1094, IEC60076 or ANSI C57.
All data can be stored and printed after testing.
In temperature rise test, test data can be calcuated automatically.
The data of No-load test can be corrected by waveform, rated voltage and frequency(50Hz, 60Hz) automatically.
The data of Load test can be corrected by temperature (75ºC, 100ºC, 120ºC, 145ºC) and rated current, frequency.
In No-load test, HV side voltage can be monitored, recorded and spectral analyzed.
In Load test, LV side voltage can be monitored, recorded and spectral analyzed.
5. With zero protection, over-current protection and over-voltage protection functions.
6. HV leak current display and protection, with safe grounding by 1:1 transformer.
7. CT/PT range switch automatically.
8. The test bench will fully control to the whole loop circuit and monitor the measurement.
