GDCY-12B 12kV Portable Impulse Voltage Generator/Voltage Test Set
GDCY-12B Impulse Voltage Test Set is is mainly based on TB/T 2653, GB/T22387, GB/T 17627, GB/T 16927, GB14048, GB7251, GB/T 16935, IEC 61730, GB4706, GB3048, JB/T7083 and other standard requirements. It is mainly used for safety performance (dielectric performance) detection of low-voltage electrical appliances, high and low voltage switches, solar energy, electricity meters, relays, leakage protectors, etc.
The instrument uses high-speed single-chip microcomputer design, with manual, automatic, program-controlled multi-mode, LCD display, touch button design, which has the advantages of convenient operation, stable and reliable performance, and high degree of automation.
Features
- Manual/automatic/programmable mode: In the manual mode, the impulse voltage value of the instrument needs to be adjusted by the manual adjustment knob. Before the impulse voltage test, the pre impulse voltage value needs to be manually adjusted in advance without being connected to the test state, and then connected to the system for test; In the automatic mode, the instrument can be directly connected to the test system, and then enter the menu settings. After setting the pre-impulse voltage value, the instrument can output impulse voltage pulses for testing according to the settings; In the program-controlled mode, the impulse voltage, interval time, and impulse times of the equipment can be directly controlled through the computer or industrial network, and the impulse test can be performed. The instrument can also return the impulse voltage value of each test to the computer or industrial network through the network.
- The instrument judges whether there is a breakdown by detecting the impulse current value and voltage decay procedure during the test.
- The automatic mode and program control mode include an automatic constant voltage system, which can set the peak value of the impulse output voltage in steps of 1V, and the output impulse voltage is not affected by the interval time.
- By using the supporting computer control program, multiple combination test items can be realized, and multiple combination tests from low voltage to high voltage, from positive polarity to negative polarity (positive and negative models) can be realized. The test results are displayed in double figures and graphs, and the image is intuitive.
- The instrument provides an external sampling interface, which can be used for tracking and monitoring of impulse waveforms. The voltage division ratio of the sampling interface is 1/100.5 (factory inspection value).
- Provide the display accuracy re-correction function, and the display correction coefficient can be set at any time, so that the instrument display is consistent with the standard.
