Insulation Gloves (Boots) Test Set is special equipment for batch test of insulated gloves (boots). The test procedure is simple and personnel security is guaranteed. Parameters such as leakage current, insulation aging and frequency voltage could be obtained reliably. It can test 8pcs insulated gloves (boots) at the same time.
 


It is used to test insulation performance for 35kV and below insulation gloves, boots. It can test six insulation gloves/boots at one time.

 
Features
 
 
  1. The instrument can simultaneously test eight insulating boots or gloves and measure the leakage current of each specimen.
  2. The insulating shoe test uses a dry testing method with small steel balls inside, eliminating the traditional method of filling shoes with water for testing, which is difficult to dry afterward.
  3. High and low voltage are separated, and the leakage current is transmitted back to the control box using anti-interference wireless transmission technology, greatly protecting personal safety.
  4. Each test specimen has a disconnection mechanism. When any circuit breaks down or exceeds the set leakage current value, the test specimen on that circuit will automatically disconnect from the test, without affecting the testing of other specimens.
  5. 7-inch TFT touch screen LCD display with English characters, displaying a large amount of information. It simultaneously displays the test voltage, eight high-voltage leakage currents, a perpetual calendar, timing time, and other parameters, as well as Chinese prompts.
  6. The withstand voltage test is fully automatic, using a DC motor to control the voltage regulator's boosting process. After the test begins, the instrument automatically closes the circuit breaker and automatically increases the voltage at the rate required by national standards. Timing begins once the predetermined voltage is reached, and the test voltage is maintained. Upon timing, the voltage automatically decreases until it reaches zero, then automatically cuts off the power, indicating the end of the test. Simultaneously, the leakage current of each test sample is displayed, and the test results are automatically saved.
  7. The insulating boot test has a dedicated metal grounding tray, and the insulating glove test has a dedicated container for easy operation.
  8. Overcurrent protection function.
