GDRB-E Sweep Frequency Method Transformer Winding Deformation Tester 


GDRB-E Transformer Winding Deformation Tester is used to test transformer winding deformation over 6kV of power transformer and other special purpose transformers. Power transformer in operation or transport process will inevitably suffer from various kinds of fault due to short circuit current impact, or physical force under the effects of the strong short circuit current. This way, transformer windings may lose stability, leading to permanent deformation like partial distortion, bulge or displacement, which will seriously affect the safe operation of the transformer. According to the national power industry standard DL/ T911-2016, the frequency response analysis method is adopted to measure the winding deformation of the transformer. It is used to detect the amplitude-frequency response characteristics of each transformer winding and conduct longitudinal or transverse comparison of the test results. According to the variation degree of amplitude-frequency response characteristics, the possible deformation of the transformer winding is determined.
 

Features

  1. Sweep frequency method is adopted to measure the winding characteristics of the transformer. In the case of not lifting the transformer windlass cover or disassembling the transformer, the amplitude and frequency response characteristics of each winding are detected to accurately measure the distortion, bulge or displacement of the transformer (6kV and above) winding.
