Product Description

I. General Information

The PD-free withstand voltage test device is the most rigorous, effective and direct method to identify the insulation strength of power equipment. It can detect those concentrated defects with greater dangers, which plays a decisive role in judging whether the power equipment can continue to participate in operation. It is an important means to ensure the insulation level of the equipment and avoid insulation accidents.
This device is an advanced withstand voltage test equipment designed according to the latest national power industry standards. It is used to conduct insulation strength tests on various electrical products, electrical components, insulating materials, etc. under specified voltages to assess the insulation level of the products, discover insulation defects in the tested products, and measure overvoltage capabilities.


II. Features

  2. Protection function:over-current protection, over-load protection, over-heat alarm reminder.
  3. Adopt new time relay, wider timing range.
  4. The high-voltage coil of the test transformer is a cylindrical multi-layer tower, wound with high-quality polyester enameled wire and high-voltage insulation material.
  5. Test transformers (above 5kVA) are equipped with movable iron wheels.
  6. The device has wide practicality and covers high voltage partial discharge test of power supply in 45-400HZ frequency band.
