I. General Information
GDJS-15A Safety Helmet Test Set is special equipment for insulated helmet. The test procedure is simple and personnel security is guaranteed. Parameters such as leakage current, high voltage and withstand voltage curve can be obtained reliably.
The equipment is composed of power frequency voltage withstanding test device, special test electrode for helmet and leakage HV ammeter. It has the advantages of simple wiring and detection, reasonable and reliable layout, convenient movement, flexible dis-assembly and assembly, etc.
II. Features
7inch color LCD screen, with PLC automation control.
HV Voltage, LV Current, LV voltage, LV current measured at the same time, with high precision sensor and high performance collection chip.
Automatic mode and manual mode for option.
Display HV voltage, LV voltage, LV current, time and withstand voltage result.
Over-voltage and over-current protection. Output voltage, HV current upper limit, LV current upper limit and timing can be set.
Zero-starting function. Test can be proceed after the voltage is back to zero.
Store up to 8000pcs data in 3months. It has USB port to upload data to USB disk.
When setting voltage is arrived, it will timing automatically. After timing, voltage will be back to zero.
When the LV current is over setting value, the voltage will be cut off automatically and it will be back to zero. After the flash-over protection value is exceeded, the automatic step-down zero protection is performed.
Software and hardware anti-interference design, a variety of anti-interference means, to adapt to harsh electromagnetic environment.
Automatic error diagnosis, easy to find and solve problems, simple equipment maintenance.
Other features
Arbitrary combination of high voltage power source, test electrode and leakage ammeter, wiring operation is convenient and flexible.
HV source is oil immersed type testing transformer.
Control unit and HV unit are separate, to ensure safety.
If there is breakdown or over limits, the HV output will be cut off automatically and alarm.
