General Information

GDJD-3A SF6 gas Density Relay Calibrator is automatic calibrator, which uses embedded microprocessor to proceed performance calibration for all kinds of SF6 gas density relay. It is also a portable device which can make standard conversion for SF6 gas pressure at any environmental temperature. This device is mainly used for SF6 gas products production, maintenance and monitoring in power system.

Functions

1. Automatically measure pressure when SF6 gas density relay alarm or disalarm at any environmental temperature. It also can convert it to standard pressure at 20ºC, to realize alarm performance calibration.

2. Automatically measure pressure when SF6 gas density relay interlock or relive interlock at any environmental temperature. It also can convert it to standard pressure at 20ºC, to realize interlock performance calibration.

3. If there is pressure gauge or density meter of tested SF6 gas density relay, it can calibrate the accuracy of pressure gauge or density meter.

4. Convert the SF6 gas pressure into standard pressure at 20ºC.

5. Convert the standard pressure at 20ºC into pressure at any temperature.

6. Set multiple measurement for one density relay. The measurement result is average value.
