GD3128C Portable Touch Screen Insulation Resistance Tester 15kV 

General Information

GD3128C Insulation Resistance Tester has perfect testing function of various insulation resistance parameters and excellent anti-interference ability, which can be used to test the insulation resistance of large capacity high voltage electrical equipment and transmission lines in strong inductive environment such as substation. The instrument adopts true color touch screen, all test data and battery power are displayed on the same screen at a glance, and the combination of knob switch and key makes the operation very simple. The user does not need to memorize the operation method. Click "HELP" on the screen to pop up the operation method, which can effectively guide the user to operate the instrument. The instrument has the function of fast discharge, which can discharge the voltage of the tested object instantaneously without additional discharge circuit. The voltage monitor of the instrument can automatically monitor the live voltage of the tested object. If the voltage exceeds 36V, the test will be automatically prohibited, which can effectively protect the instrument and operators.

The instrument adopts large capacity rechargeable lithium battery pack. The test timer of the instrument automatically records the test time and stores the test results with date and time. The touch screen can easily access the recorded historical data. The completely isolated USB interface can safely upload the test data to the PC. The instrument is equipped with test line with double insulation and shielding layer, and the high voltage bar is equipped with replaceable alligator clip and hook, which can adapt to various test places. The instrument adopts a solid double-layer shell structure, and the protection grade of the outer box is IP65, which can prevent the invasion of moisture and dust during transportation and storage, and effectively protect the instrument from collision.
