Fault test unit
Adopts 12.1in large screen, knob and mouse control, and bright LCD display, which is suitable for outdoor use under sunlight. The distance measuring part of the main unit is powered by lithium battery, which is convenient for on-site testing and has strong stability.
Using the latest integrated communication technology, the acquisition signal is stable, the host can automatically select six sampling frequencies from 6.25MHz to 200MHz, and self-adaptive pulse width, which can meet the test requirements of cables with different lengths, reduce prediction errors and improve test accuracy.
The software realizes fully automatic identification and search of low-voltage pulse and multiple pulse wave heads, automatic clamping of waveform fault inflection points, automatic reading and display of fault distance, waveform display in three areas on the same screen, random display of ten measured waveforms for selection on the same screen, and automatic and manual processing modes, enabling dual clamping operation of waveforms. The double cursor movement can be accurate to 0.15 meters, improving testing accuracy and reducing waveform errors.
Built in measured waveforms and physical wiring diagrams for on-site testing comparison and daily learning, and can automatically generate and print test reports, which can be retained as cable operation and maintenance records.
