General information

This machine can efficiently remove the moisture, gas and impurities in the insulating oil, improve the oil's compressive strength and oil quality, and ensure the safe operation of power equipment. It is mainly used in electric power departments, industrial and mining enterprises to deal with unqualified transformer oil, instrument transformer oil, switch oil, etc.

Features
 

1. This machine has the characteristics of small size, high efficiency, and convenient movement, which is especially suitable for live working on site. It can also dry the moisture of the electric equipment, and can conveniently carry out the vacuum oiling of the electric equipment.
2. In the structure, the infrared liquid level automatic control device, the system pressure automatic protection device and the high-efficiency degassing element are adopted; the operation is convenient and safe.

Operation notes

1. When the vacuum pump is working, it should pay attention to the oil condition indicated by the oil mark (the oil should be on the oil mark line). When the vacuum pump oil has more water, it should be replaced in time.
2. During the operation, if there is more water in the cooler, it should be released in time.
3. Always pay attention to the change of pressure gauge value. When the pressure is >0.3Mpa, the filter should be cleaned or the filter element replaced.
4. The filter screen of the primary filter, the secondary filter and the fine filter should be removed and cleaned frequently to keep it clean so as not to block the plug, resulting in insufficient oil or excessive pressure.
5. During operation, pay attention to whether the running noise of the pump and the corresponding motor is normal. If abnormal, it should be eliminated immediately.
6. When the machine is not in use, the residual oil in the oil machine should be put out.
