Product Description
GDSB-61850 Smart Substation Optical Digital Tester is a kind of hand-held meter tool mainly used for debugging and maintenance of smart substation. It can also be applied to electric power research institutes, equipment manufacturers and other scientific research institutions. It has the functions of message monitoring, flow statistics, message storage, simulated MU transmission, simple relay protection test, optical power measurement, B code time signal comparison, polarity test and phase detection for the process layer network of smart substation.

1. The maximum deviation of SMV sending time uniformity ≤1us;
2. Measurement SV accuracy: voltage accuracy is better than 0.05% in the range of 0.01Ue ~ 2Ue; current accuracy is better than 0.05% in the range of 0.01Ie ~ 40Ie; voltage and current phase accuracy is better than 0.01 °; frequency accuracy is better than 0.001Hz in the range of 40.00Hz ~ 70.00Hz;
3. Accuracy of sending SV: The accuracy of voltage in the range of 0.01Ue ~ 2Ue is better than 0.05%; the accuracy of current in the range of 0.01Ie ~ 40Ie is better than 0.05%; the accuracy of voltage and current phase is better than 0.01 °;
4. The resolution of receiving GOOSE events ≤0.1us;
5. Support IRIG-B code timing, PTP (1588 timing) and PPS timing;
6. 100M optical network port can measure wavelength: 1310nm, light receiving sensitivity: -31dBm ~ -14dBm; ST serial port can measure wavelength: 850nm, light receiving sensitivity: -24dBm ~ -10dBm;
Basic Functions
1. Provide two 100Mbps optical fiber Ethernet interfaces, support IEC61850-9-2 and GOOSE optical digital message output test. GOOSE signals can be sent and received independently, and can also be sent and received with an IEC 61850-9-2 optical Ethernet interface;
2. Provide one optical transmission serial port, support IEC60044-8 (FT3) and DL/T 282 message output, provide two optical reception serial ports, support IEC60044-8 (FT3) and DL/T 282 message reception, can achieve IEC60044 8 (FT3) and DL/T 282 to SV message and self-loop test;
3. Support at least 6*22-channel SV control blocks to output simultaneously, and each control block can independently simulate at least 9 voltages and 9 currents;
4. Support importing SV, GOOSE message configuration from CID, SCD and other files, and support network detection configuration;
5. Provide 2 IRIG-B / PPS optical serial port time synchronization interfaces, and support PTP 1588 optical network port time synchronization at the same time;
