One Piece Design GDYD-BX-12 AC Hipot Test Set 10kV 2kVA


I. General information

AC hipot testing is the effective and direct way to test insulation strength for electrical equipment, apparatus or machines. It checks dangerous flaws which assure electrical equipment continuous working.
Typical applications include testing of transformers, switchgear, cables, capacitors, aerial motors platforms, hot sticks bucket bricks, vacuum bottles and other related equipment like vacuum interrupters, blankets, ropes, gloves, hydraulics hose, instruments transformers generators.


II. Features
 
  1. Monitoring function: HV voltage, HV current, LV current, zero position indicator, power indicator, work indicator, timing indicator
  2. Protection function: over current protection, zero start protection, sound and light alarm reminder
  3. New type time relay is adopted, and the timing range is wider (1S~99H)
  4. The use of a new type of current relay is more accurate and reliable to ensure the safety of people and equipment.
  5. The high-voltage coil of the test transformer is a cylindrical multi-layer tower type, wound by high-quality polyester enameled wire and high-voltage insulation material.

IV. Working Principle


This device is composed of a contact voltage regulator, control circuits, protection circuits, measurement circuits and signal circuits. It is by connecting to the power frequency power supply and adjusting the voltage regulator (that is, the input voltage of the test transformer) to obtain the required test high voltage voltage value.
