General Information
According to IEC and the relevant national standards, transformer turns ratio test is a necessary project in the process of power transformer production, user handover and maintenance test. This way can effectively monitor the quality of transformer products in the factory and use process, prevent transformer turn to turn short circuit, open circuit, connection error, internal fault or contact fault of tap changer.
Our GDB-P Transformer turns ratio tester has the characteristics of simple operation, complete function, stable and reliable data. So far, GDB-P is the first one in China can carry out blind measurement (accurately measure the transformation ratio and group number without knowing any nameplate parameters of the transformer under test, and also accurately measure the phase angle), it can meet the needs of various large, medium and small transformer ratio tests (including Z-type transformers, rectifier transformers, electric furnace transformers, non-integral point phase shifting, traction transformers, Scott and reverse Scott transformers).
GDB-P adopts large screen full-color LCD for display, full English graphical operation interface with hint information, multi parameter display interface, vector graph display and the wiring judgment provides a reliable basis for checking the correctness of the circuit. Full touch conductive silicone keyboard operation way, good handle, easy to learn. Built-in large capacity data storage, It can save on-site testing data up to 1000 sets. Features
Real three phase test: the single-phase power input, the internal digital synthesis three-phase standard sine wave signal source, produces the three-phase test power supply (distortion is less than 0.1%, symmetry is better than 0.05%) output through the high fidelity power amplifier, the test result has the better equivalence, and there will not be a misrepresentation of the group.
Powerful: able to carry out single phase measurement, but also the automatic test of three phase winding can be realized. Measuring polarity, phase angle by single and three-phase, complete measurement of AB, BC, CA three-phase ratio and phase angle value, error, and tap position, tap values at once, can automatically identify the group number.
Phase angle measurement function: accurately measuring the phase angle between high and low voltage side, ratio and angle of non-integer transformer can be measured.
Six angle graph display function: the test results are displayed with the number and six angle vector diagram, and the transformer connection group situation is seen intuitively.
Blind test function: no need to choose connection mode and connection group, no need to external short circuit when measuring Y/△, △/Y transformer, the connection mode can be automatically switched according to the selected test content. The ratio and group number measurement can be performed on the transformer without nameplate.
Tap test: rapid measurement of ratio and ratio error in the position of each tap changer, the rated ratio only need to input once, no need to repeat input to calculate the ratio error of each tap position.
Turns ratio and running voltage ratio measurement function, the running ratio can real reflect the actual voltage ratio value of transformer under running situation.
Good vibration resistance: the use of connectors enhanced the anti vibration performance.
Adopts 5.6 inch high-definition color screen, the display data effect and vector diagram effect are intuitive and delicate.
Digitally synthesized standard sine digital source, the distortion is less than 0.1%, unaffected by the quality of working power.
