In the preventive test of electrical equipment insulation, periodic measurement of insulating oil parameters of electrical equipment is required. The measurement of dielectric loss and resistivity of insulating oil is one of the most important items. For a long time, most of them have been measured by the bridge method, which is cumbersome to operate, and the measurement accuracy is affected by many factors, resulting in large measurement errors.

With the rapid development of electronic technology and the electric power industry's requirements for measuring instruments with small size, light weight, convenient operation, rapid measurement and high precision, our company is based on the national standard GB/T5654-2007 "relative permittivity and dielectric loss factor of liquid insulating materials" and DC Resistivity Measurement" and with reference to related instruments at home and abroad, developed a domestically leading high-precision integrated insulating oil dielectric loss factor and DC resistivity tester.



Features

1. Adopt advanced measurement principles and highly digital technology can automatically complete the processes of heating, temperature control, high-speed data sampling, calculation, display, printing and storage.
2. The oil cup adopts a three-electrode structure in accordance with the national standard GB/T5654-2007, and the distance between the electrodes is 2mm, which can eliminate the influence of stray capacitance and leakage current on the dielectric loss test results.
3. The instrument adopts medium frequency induction heating. This heating method has the advantages of non-contact between the oil cup and the heating body, uniform heating, fast speed, and convenient control, so that the temperature is strictly controlled within the preset temperature error range.
4. Built-in standard capacitors, the dielectric loss and capacitance of the capacitors are not affected by ambient temperature, humidity, etc., so that the accuracy of the instrument can still be guaranteed after long-term use.
5. Large-screen color touch screen, convenient man-machine dialogue, simple and clear operation, clear at a glance.
6. With warm reminders such as the high voltage will be cut off once the cover opened, and the high and low voltage electrodes of the oil cup are short-circuit to eliminate potential safety hazards and ensure the personal safety of operators and the normal operation of equipment.
7. With a real-time clock, the test date and time can be saved, displayed and printed with the test results.
8. Automatically store measurement data, which can store 100 sets of measurement data, and the thermal printing speed is fast.
9. With empty electrode cup calibration function.
