Product Description

I. General information

GDYD-770A AC/DC Hipot Test Set is composed of automatic control unit and oil testing transformer (HV unit) which output AC voltage smoothly. Meanwhile, it has many monitoring and protection functions. 


II. Features
 
  1. 10inch color LCD screen, with PLC automation control.
  2. HV Voltage, HV current, LV voltage, LV current measured at the same time, with high precision sensor and high-performance collection chip.
  1. The human-machine interface adopts full touch and partial key operation mode, intelligent working process, optional automatic mode, and manual mode.
  2. Display HV voltage, HV current, LV voltage, LV current, time, and withstanding result.
  3. Over-voltage, over-current and flashover protection. Output voltage, HV protection current, LV protection current (hardware has been set), mA meter protection current and timing time can be set.
  4. Support stage boosting (5 stages), and the voltage value of each stage can be arbitrarily set to facilitate the detection of test object problems.
  5. Zero-starting function. Test can be proceeded after the voltage is back to zero.
  6. Store up to 8000pcs data in 3months.
  7. When setting voltage is arrived, it will be timing automatically. After timing, voltage will be back to zero.
  8. When the LV current is over setting value, the voltage will be cut off automatically and it will be back to zero. When the HV current is over setting value, the test object will be cut off and test can be proceeded continuously.
  9. With anti-interference ability, suitable for electromagnetic environment.
  10. Automatic error diagnosis, easy to find and solve problems, simple and convenient maintenance of equipment.
