Product Description
I. General Information
Oil Acid Tester is produced accoring to standard GB/T264-83, is designed for testing acid value for transformer oil, turbine oil etc. PC control system can improve the work efficiency and reduce the harm in organic solvents and chemicals to human body. This instrument is easy to operate and have good capacity in anti-interference and stability.
II. Features
320*240 LCD touch screen, user-friendly interface.
Neutralization titration principle, to complete liquid charge, titrate, stir, determine the titration end point automatically under normal temperature. LCD screen can show the test result and print.
Color sensor can match up the test titration end point, the judgment of end condition is reliable.
Waste liquor cup is no need.
Peristaltic pump control the charging of extract liquor and neutralized liquor.
History record query, automatic memory function of test result, automatic storage of historical records with time. Data will not lose if power off and to be saved more than 10 years.
Calendar clock with temperature compensation, automatic record the date and time.
Reagent is not exposed to air, to avoid the solvent evaporation and CO2 influence. User do not need contact solvent by hand, to reduce the organic solvent and chemicals harm to human body.
Simple operation. Input data according to the screen prompt, the instrument can complete acid value test automatically.
Instrument test one sample or 2-6 samples continuously.
With RS232 port, convenient to communicate with PC.
Thermal printer with offline print function.
