Customized GDJS-A PLC Control Insulation Gloves Boots Tools Test Set

GDJS-12A Insulation Safety Test Device is a fully automatic comprehensive electrical performance test device for safety tool equipment. It is equipped with different test electrode devices to test the insulation electrical performance of insulating boots (gloves), insulating rods, insulating pads, etc.

It is equipped with a fully automatic insulated shoe (glove) test electrode device that can automatically fill water into the device under test. After the water level reaches a fixed position, it will automatically stop filling and automatically drop to the test position. It effectively solves the irregular testing methods in the past, simplifies the testing procedures, increases the testing speed, reduces the testing intensity, ensures the safety of testing personnel, and reliably identifies the leakage current of insulating gloves (boots).
The power frequency withstand voltage test can detect the voltage test of 1-12 insulating gloves (boots) at the same time.
The entire system equipment is composed of subsystems such as a fully automatic intelligent power frequency withstand voltage test console, a fully automatic insulating shoe (glove) special test electrode device, a wireless intelligent leakage ammeter, a high-voltage boost and measurement device, etc. The wiring and detection are simple and the layout is simple.
If equipped with an insulating rod test electrode device and an insulating pad test electrode device, it also can conduct high-voltage withstand tests on insulating rods, insulating pads, etc.

  1. The local host of the intelligent test console adopts a 10-inch touch screen graphical display touch screen for operation. The same screen can display detailed parameters such as high-voltage leakage current of 12 channels of tested products, test voltage, current, timing time and other parameters on the high-voltage side.
 
  1. The intelligent test console can also be equipped with an integrated PC computer for remote operation and control. The intelligent high-voltage test system control software interface adopts a human-machine operation large-screen interface style and can display high-voltage side voltage, high-voltage current, voltage and current curves, and 12 Wireless meter communication status and current, historical data generation, test report generation, etc.
 
  1. The special test electrode device for insulating boots (gloves) adopts an integrated structure, and the electrode device adopts manual and automatic integrated lifting control to conduct fully automatic withstand voltage tests;
 
  1. Multiple channels can automatically fill water at the same time, and the water filling will automatically stop when the water injection reaches the fixed electrode height.

  1. The smart ammeter uses wireless communication technology to communicate wirelessly with the program-controlled console. The operation console is completely isolated from the high-voltage system. The leakage current on the test side can be directly observed on the console display screen, which is intuitive and safe, ensuring the safety of test personnel;
 
  1. 12 test position can test 12 insulating boots or gloves at the same time;
 
  1. Each test sample is equipped with a high-voltage breaking mechanism. When any test sample exceeds the protection setting current of the wireless meter or breaks down, the test sample in this circuit will automatically break away from the high voltage without affecting the progress of the test;
 
  1. External voltage divider can be connected in parallel to the high-voltage side to directly test the high-voltage voltage, allowing direct comparison and monitoring of the high-voltage voltage; (Optional)
 
  1. Using anti-slip chuck and soft chain high-voltage electrode, the electrode height can be adjusted arbitrarily;
 
  1. The automatic lifting device adopts a stepper motor to drive the lifting and lowering at a constant speed. The supporting insulation material is made of high-insulation PTFE insulation material to ensure the insulation of each component.
 
  1. Fully automatic insulated glove (boot) electrode device, which can withstand up to 60kV power frequency withstand voltage and leakage current test capabilities;
