OVT-100K Insulating Oil Dielectric Strength Tester, developed and manufactured by HV HIPOT in accordance with relevant standards such as IEC 60156, ASTM D877, and ASTM D1816, is a professional instrument for testing the dielectric strength of insulating oils and evaluating their quality and performance. A single-chip microcomputer controls the internal boost system, applying an electric field and detecting the breakdown voltage of the insulating oil, providing a reliable basis for evaluating insulating oil quality. The advanced algorithms of the Smart Quick Measurement and Control Software (Software Copyright Registration No. 1010215) analyze test data to comprehensively assess whether the dielectric properties of the insulating oil meet safety standards. Suitable for use in a variety of fields, including the power industry, railway industry, and large-scale petrochemical plants, it is a core tool for diagnosing the insulation condition of oil-filled electrical equipment.
