GDCY-400KV/30KJ Impulse Voltage Generator High Voltage Test System
General information
The impulse voltage generator is a device that generates impulse voltage waves. It is used to check the insulation performance of power equipment withstand atmospheric overvoltage and operating overvoltage. The impulse voltage generator can generate standard lightning impulse voltage waveforms, lightning impulse voltage cutoff, standard operation impulse voltage waveforms, etc. and user-specified non-standard impulse voltage waves (including steep waves). GDCY seriesimpulse voltage generator can carry out impulse voltage test and other scientific research on insulators, long air gaps, bushings, CT/PT, transformers and other samples.

The waveform of the power supply voltage is a sine wave, the waveform distortion rate is less than 3%, and the frequency is 50Hz. The power supply side should not be impact to overvoltage from the outside.
There is a reliable grounding point, the grounding grid should have good impact characteristics, the grounding resistance should not be greater than 0.5Ω in steady state, and the grounding point should be near the main body.

Output voltage waveform.Under different rated voltages and a certain load capacitance, a full wave of lightning impulse voltage of ±1.2/50μS can be generated.
Voltage utilization factor: Equipped with certain impact capacitors in different load capacitors to generate 1.2/50μS lightning impulse voltage waves, the utilization factors are not less than 0.85. Lightning shock wave interception, the utilization coefficients are not less than 0.75;
Duration of use: charge and discharge every three minutes above 2/3 rated voltage, continuous operation, and below 2/3 rated voltage, charge and discharge every two minutes, continuous operation.
