Water-cooled Generator Insulation Characteristics Test Set/Tester


I. General information
Specially used to test water-cooled generator, GDRW-2690A series can test directly without blow-dry water coolant and eliminate the influence of polarization potential automatically, so as to meet the latest national standards for product verification. The output current is up to 40mA, and output voltage is 2500V. It includes high-precision micro-current measurement, digital voltage boost and polarization potential compensation system.


II. Features

1. Microcomputer control, menu operation, large-screen LCD dot matrix. display, low-voltage shielding method measurement, stable performance.
2. Automatic measurement of R15, R60 and R600, automatic calculation of absorption ratio and polarization index.
3. The test voltage is negative high voltage 2500V, with strong carrying capacity. When winding resistance and remit the pipe resistance (water resistance) are as low as 70kΩ, test voltage drop<10%.
4. When measurement range is 0 ~ 10GΩ, automatic switching range.
5. It can automatically compensate and eliminate the influence of water polarization potential on test results. When resistance between water collecting pipe and engine base declines to 3kΩ, measurement accuracy can still be guaranteed.
6. The combination of analog pointer and digital display shows the trend of data and accurate test results vividly.
7. Display test time at any time. The buzzer will beep automatically every 15 seconds.
8. Automatic discharge of high voltage after the measurement is completed. Discharge time of high voltage shall not exceed 5 seconds.
9. Automatically measure ambient temperature, air humidity, date and time of each test.
10. Can save 60 sets of measurement results for 20 years.
11. Equipped with RS232 interface, it can communicate with computer data; With printer paper, measurement results can be printed without extra labor cost.
