Product Description

 

This instrument is specialized equipment designed to eliminate residual magnetism in large power transformers. It plays a critical role in protecting transformers from inrush current impacts, ensuring safe operation, and extending their service life.

During normal operation and testing, large-capacity transformers may develop residual magnetism in their cores. The hazards of residual magnetism increase with transformer capacity. Residual magnetism can cause relay protection devices to malfunction, leading to unsuccessful transformer energization. Additionally, it may result in abnormal test data and affect power quality after energization. Therefore, when abnormal phenomena or faults caused by residual magnetism occur, they must be addressed seriously. To solve this issue, our company has developed a series of transformer demagnetization products. As one of the earliest manufacturers in China to research and produce demagnetization instruments, we have accumulated extensive practical experience.

GD-935 Power Transformer Demagnetization Tester is a new-generation device independently developed by our company. It adopts advanced composite current technology, enabling rapid demagnetization of power transformers and instrument transformers. For three-phase transformers, demagnetizing just one phase is sufficient, making the process more time-efficient.
