HVHIPOT TWR-S 3 Phase Transformer Winding Ratio Tester
In the process of power transformer production, user handover and maintenance test, transformer ratio test is a must-do project, which can effectively supervise the quality of transformer products before leaving the factory and in use, and prevent transformer inter-turn short circuit, open circuit, connection error, internal fault of voltage regulator or contact fault. This instrument uses a power module to generate a three-phase power supply output to the high-voltage side of the transformer. It can output single-phase, two-phase or three-phase standard sine wave power, and the output phase frequency can be adjusted arbitrarily.
This instrument can be used for three-phase transformer testing in power systems, especially for Z-type winding transformers, rectifier transformers and Scott, reverse Scott, and balanced transformer testing in railway electrical systems. It is an ideal transformer ratio group polarity tester for power systems, transformer manufacturers and railway electrical systems.
