Product Description

I. General information

GDYD-1010A Automatic AC Hipot Test Set is composed of an automatic control unit and AC SF6 gas transformer (HV unit) which output AC voltage smoothly. Meanwhile, it has many monitoring and protection functions.


II. Features
 

1. 7-inch color LCD screen, with PLC automation control.
2. HV Voltage, LV voltage, and LV current are measured at the same time, with high precision sensor and high-performance collection chip
3. Automatic mode and manual mode for options.
4. Display HV voltage, LV voltage, LV current, time, and withstanding result.
5. Over-voltage and over-current protection. The output voltage, HV current upper limit, LV current upper limit, and timing can be set.
6. Zero-starting function. The test can be proceeded after the voltage is back to zero.
7. Store up to 8000pcs data in 3 months. It has a USB port to upload data to a USB disk.
8. When the setting voltage arrives, it will be timed automatically. After timing, the voltage will be back to zero.
9. When the LV current is over the setting value, the voltage will be cut off automatically and it will be back to zero. When the HV current is over setting value, the test object will be cut off and the test can proceed continuously.
10. With anti-interference ability, suitable for electromagnetic environments.
