General information

I. Test Object and Requirement
The system is specially designed for AC withstand voltage test for below items, with below specifications and requirements.
1. 220kV,85000kVA main transformer, capacitance ≤ 0.02μF, test frequency 30-300Hz, test voltage 160kV, test time 1min.
Note: Test objects are only for reference. If you have other spec. test object, please inform us and we will select a suitable GDTF model.

d. Parameters setting and selection
Starting frequency, end frequency, starting voltage, voltage boosting and timing, voltage divider ratio measurement, exciting transformer ratio, over-voltage and over-current protection, flashover protection, test mode, capacitance/inductance/frequency calculation, prompt, and help.

e. Test mode: touch screen/external mouse operation, Auto/Semi-auto/Manual and other modes selection.

f. Protection function and information tips
HV over-voltage protection, LV over-current, over-current protection and Non-resonance protection, zero and flashover protection, emergency stop, low voltage protection.

g. Data storage function: Test result save (manual save), print, upload, and return.

  1. The saved data can be showed on the screen. With USB port, data can be output to print or printed directly by the equipment. (If buyer need this requirement, please specify it on the contract.)

h. Auto stabilivolt function. Voltage stability up to 1.0%.

i. Frequency adjusting range and resolution can be set.
Frequency adjusting range can be set at 30-300Hz, 45-100Hz, 200-300Hz as requirements.
Frequency resolution can be set at 0.1Hz, 0.2Hz, 0.5Hz, or 1.0Hz. Obtain optimized balance between efficiency and accuracy of harmonic adjusting.

j. Coarse tuning and fine tuning for frequency. Search resonance point automatically.
