General Information

The DC resistance of the transformer is a required test item for the semi-finished product, finished product factory test, installation, transfer test and preventive test of the power sector in transformer manufacturing. It can effectively find the defects of transformer coil materials, welding, loose connection parts, missing stock, broken wires, etc and hidden dangers after operation. In order to meet the needs of transformer DC winding resistance fast measurement, our company has developed this DC winding resistance tester with its own technical advantages.
The instrument is a new generation of rapid tester which integrates the magnetic method test, three-phase test (Yn, Y, △) and degaussing functions. It is an ideal device for measuring the DC resistance of large power transformers. The screen adopts true-color large-screen high-resolution LCD display, touch control plus jog shuttle knob operation, which is convenient for on-site use.

1. For Yn-type, Y-type and △-type windings, the three-phase measurement method can be used for testing, and the three-phase unbalance rate can be calculated.
2. The maximum output current of the test power supply is 40A, and the test range is 0 ~ 25kΩ, which meets the test requirements of most transformers, and integrates the magnetic aid method and degaussing function to meet various needs of field tests.
3. The test process can automatically calculate the 5S, 15S, 30S resistance value change rate, which can assist the test personnel to judge the stability of the test data and prevent misreading of the data.
4. The instrument has various protection functions such as 380V misconnection protection, back electromotive force protection, disconnection protection and power failure protection, as well as an alarm function for grounding wire not connected.
5. The instrument is equipped with a thermal printer, which stores 200 pieces of data locally and supports mass storage of USB flash drives.
