It is used to test insulation performance for 35kV and below insulation gloves, boots. It can test six insulation gloves/boots at one time.

- Zero-starting function. Test can be proceed after the voltage is back to zero.

- When setting voltage is arrived, it will timing automatically. After timing, voltage will be back to zero.
- When the LV current is over setting value, the voltage will be cut off automatically and it will be back to zero. After the flash-over protection value is exceeded, the automatic step-down zero protection is performed.

Other features
- Arbitrary combination of high voltage power source, test electrode and leakage ammeter, wiring operation is convenient and flexible.
- HV source is oil immersed type testing transformer.
- 6 test barrels for simultaneous detection of 4 insulation gloves(boots).
- To make test for insulation gloves and boots, the HV electrode is chain type, which the height can be adjusted. The material is stainless steel with CU/EpNi5bc painted, which make surface discharge<10pc.
- The electrode of insulation boots is red cooper voltage-sharing type, the HV inside the bottom of boots are equal distribution. 4mm steel balls supplied, not using traditional way that injecting water.
- Control unit and HV unit are separate, to ensure safety.
- If there is breakdown or over limits, the HV output will be cut off automatically and alarm.
