GD-2134A Cable Identifier is an effective tool to detect and identify target cable from a bunch of underground cables. It is only applicable for cables that are not electrified.

  • Results are identified and displayed by hand-held receiver automatically, which ensures high accuracy.
  • Suitable to identify target cable from a bunch of cables. Target cable should not be electrified.
  • During identification, transmitter and receiver should both be used.
  • Impulse current method is used to inject impulse current signal (current up to 30A) to cable core. The current will produce magnetic field around target cable.
  • Hand-held receiver can detect magnetic field signal by means of clamp.
  • Light weight, easy to carry.
