Application
GDYD-A-100kVA/100kV AC Hipot Tester adopts PLC controller technology, 2.4G ISM networking technology, combined with excellent man-machine interface operation, so that you can use it easily and conveniently. It is composed of control unit and oil testing transformer (HV unit) which output AC voltage smoothly. Meanwhile, it has many monitoring and protection functions.
It can be used to conduct dielectric strength test under specified voltage for various electrical products, electrical components, insulating materials, etc., to assess the insulation level of products, find insulation defects of the tested product, and measure the ability of overvoltage. Widely used in electrical manufacturing departments, power operation departments, scientific research units and institutions of higher learning.

When setting voltage is arrived, it will be timing automatically. After timing, voltage will be back to zero.
When the LV current is over setting value, the voltage will be cut off automatically and it will be back to zero. When the HV current is over setting value, the test object will be cut off and test can be proceeded continuously.
With anti-interference ability, suitable for electromagnetic environment.
With wheels for both control unit and HV unit, easy to move.
