I. General Information

GDSL-A-2000 Primary Current Injection Test Set, is high performance AC current output device. As it uses converter made by low consumption and big capacity auto coupling transformer and high-permeability iron core, is has advantages of large output power, small size and light weight, which is mainly used for checking current transformers, motor protectors, air switches, switch cabinets, circuit breakers, protective screens etc.
It is suitable for using in universities, research institute, electrochemical processing industry, circuit breaker testing department.


II. Features
 

1. Siemens industrial PLC controller and 7inch color LCD touch screen, friendly and strong anti-interference.
2. Double-layer 10*120 brass cooper bar superimposed output, large contact area and small contact resistance. With strong thermal fast-flow ability.
3. Built-in 3 sets of DC powerful fans, fast heat dissipation and low noise.
4. With the functions of constant current, constant voltage and constant power output, safe and reliable.
5. With output over-voltage, over-current, over-power, and over-temperature protection. When there is over-voltage, over-current and over-temperature occur, the system will automatically cut off the output to protect the system safety.
6. Using electric voltage regulator and AC current booster as the core power device. The current output is stable.
7. Fast response speed, with strong adaptability to power grid and load changes, and high output accuracy.
8. When the equipment is out of phase due to power grid failure, the system will automatically stop output.
9. The allowable range of power grid change is 230V ± 10%. When the power grid exceeds the allowable range, the pulse width is automatically adjusted to ensure proper operation.
