GDAG-510D  Insulation Test Set

(Digital Control Box+Oil Type Transformer+Insulation Gloves/boots Electrode)

It is used to test insulation performance for 10V and below insulation gloves, boots, rods. It can test 20pcs insulation gloves/boots at the same time, also 5pcs insulation rods.

Features

Manual control unit
 

1. Digital display meters mounted on the panel.
2. Monitoring HV side voltage, HV side current, LV side current and indicator of zero, power, working start, timing.
3. Over-current protection, zero-starting protection, sound and light alarm.
4. With new type time relay, time range is more wider (1S ~ 99H).
5. Using the latest current relay, more accurate and reliable.
6. Light weight, small size, easy to move.

Other features
 

1. HV source is oil immersed type testing transformer.(dry type and SF6 gas type for option.)
2. It is suitable for testing insulation gloves(boots), 10kV and below insulating rods.
3. To make test for insulation gloves and boots, the HV electrode is chain type, which the height can be adjusted. The material is stainless steel with CU/EpNi5bc painted, which make surface discharge<10pc.
4. The electrode of insulation boots is red cooper voltage-sharing type, the HV inside the bottom of boots are equal distribution. 4mm steel balls supplied, not using traditional way that injecting water.
5. With electrode for withstand voltage and leak test of insulating rods.
6. Control unit and HV unit are separate, to ensure safety.
7. If there is breakdown or over limits, the HV output will be cut off automatically and alarm.
