Product Description
Digital Partial-discharge Detecting & Analyzing System contains three modules: Signal Processing module, Insulation module, and Acquisition Processing module. PD signals are detected and sent to Signal Processing module. As these signals are sorted, enlarged, and reshaped by Signal Processing module, they are sent to Insulation module.
Acquisition Processing module and Signal processing module are insulated by Insulation module, so that they would not interfere with each other. Finally PD signals are acquired, processed, analyzed, and displayed by Acquisition Processing module. This device is widely used in detection of partial-discharge, type approval test, and operation supervision, for transformers, mutual inductors, HV switch, zinc oxide lightning arresters and power cables, etc.
Features
1. High-speed and high-capacity data collecting card is adopted. It can constantly acquire PD data with excellent repeatability and accuracy.
2. Multiple functions are available, such as detecting, analyzing, data storage, report generation, and printing. Meanwhile, wave shape of PD, PD amount, and test voltage are shown on the device.
3. Adaptable for power supply of 50Hz, 150Hz, and 400Hz at most. Automatically trace the frequency of external power supply.
4. Industry-control integrative device. Large screen with color display. Large capacity of data storage. USB data output. Intelligent design for operating software. Automatic gain control in checking and testing process.
5. Anti-interference design. Anti-interference operation for testing profile is available.
6. This device can be applied to the detection and measurement for HV electrical apparatuses, such as mutual inductors, transformers, casings, capacitors, switches, electricity generators, cables, etc.
