GDSL-A-1000 Single Phase Primary Current Injection Test Set

General Information


GDSL-A-1000 intelligent primary current injection test set is a current generator designed by HV Hipot based on the country's latest power industry standards with practical experience.

It combines the advantages of similar products at home and abroad. It adopts numerical control technology and has strong anti-interference ability. It uses low-power, large-capacity self-regulating regulator and high-permeability iron core. The converter has the advantages of large output power, small size and light weight.

It is mainly used for the entire group transmission test of bus protection and various current transformers, motor protectors, air switches, switch cabinets, circuit breakers, protective screens and other verification.


Features

  2. High-precision sensor and high-performance 14-bit AD acquisition chip.
  3. Optional conventional primary current test, impact quick-break test and transformer ratio change polarity test, the operation is flexible and simple.
  4. Real-time display of output current and time results, the display is intuitive and clear.
  5. Perfect over-current protection, arbitrarily set the target output current value, current upper limit and current-resistant time.
  6. With zero return detection function, the test can be performed only after the zero return is determined, which is safe and reliable.
  7. Approximation current-up algorithm, automatic current-proof timing after reaching the set target output current, and the motor will automatically return to zero after the timing is over.
  8. When the set output current upper limit is exceeded, the motor automatically returns to zero and an audible and visual alarm occurs.
  9. Sophisticated software and hardware anti-interference design, multiple anti-interference methods, adapt to harsh electromagnetic environment.
  10. Optional remote communication, door interlock warning light alarm, opening voltage verification interface, etc.


Functions
 
  1. The current can be adjusted smoothly and continuously with accuracy of 1.0 grade;
2. The output current is a standard sine wave, and the waveform distortion rate is less than 5%
3. Time measurement range: 0 ~ 9999ms, resolution 1ms, measurement error: 0.005% of range±2digs.
4. It can directly display the test value of primary current and secondary current, which is convenient for transformer ratio verification test.
5. Secondary current range 0 ~ 5A, resolution 0.1A.
6. Equipment capacity is designed for 5 minutes short-term, intermittent work.
7. If used for batch test, after 2.5 minutes of continuous work, shut down for 10 minutes.
8. It can measure the current operating time of the tested component, and can record the locking operating time simultaneously. (optional)
9. If with temperature rise function (30 minutes~24 hours), it should be customized according to long-term working temperature rise. (optional)
10. Can be customized three-phase with current regulator with balance adjustment (optional)
11. Can be customized AC and DC dual current booster (optional)
