General Information

GDGC-600T Electric Power Fault Recording Analyzer, also known as generator characteristic analyzer and generator fault recorder. It is designed with advanced DSP and 32-bit embedded CPU, combined with the high-performance embedded real-time VxWorks operating system, and is an embedded power fault recorder analysis device that adapts to the development needs of power systems. It can be widely used in circuits of various voltage levels, generator-transformer groups, transformers and other occasions where fault recording, status recording and analysis are required.


Features
 
  1. The signal acquisition and start-up calculation adopts a single DSP architecture, and a DSP realizes the access of 32 analog quantities and 32 switching quantities. At the same time, it adopts a new circuit structure and 75,000 large-scale programmable logic devices with high integration and resistance. The interference ability is strong, and the system runs stably.
  2. 32-bit high-speed floating-point digital signal processor (DSP), 16-bit A/D, 10kHz adjustable sampling rate, harmonic resolution ≤99 times, switching event resolution 0.1ms.
  3. Using high-performance real-time embedded VxWorks operating system, the system is stable, reliable, and good in real-time.
  4. The recorded data are stored on the 32-bit CPU and the management computer, which greatly improves the security of the data.
  5. Data recording adopts the A-B-C section method, and the A, B, and C sections all adopt sampling value recording, which discards the traditional D, E low sampling rate and effective value recording section, so that all data can be analyzed by phase diagram and impedance analysis. Greatly improve the availability of data.
  6. Supports long-term continuous recording. The device can continuously record with 1KHz sampling value. The recorded data is refreshed in a 7-day cycle. The data retention time is only limited by the number of channels and memory capacity.
  7. Variable-length dynamic wave recording and fault location, and the location accuracy of metallic short circuit is better than 2%.
  8. There are complete types of start criteria, and it can start recording sensitively under various short circuit, ground fault and other abnormal conditions.
  9. Powerful calculation and analysis capabilities (voltage, current amplitude, peak value, effective value, frequency calculation, active and reactive power calculation, power angle, phase angle measurement, phase, sequence and harmonic analysis).
  10. The formula editor can generate waveform diagrams of various electric quantities and their derived quantities, and can dynamically observe their trajectories over time to truly reproduce the whole process of failure.
  11. Support a variety of time synchronization methods, including contact pulse time synchronization, IRIG-B code time synchronization, network time synchronization, etc., and support time synchronization method combination and two-way time synchronization.

2.2. Sampling indicators
