General Information

This multi-functional instrument provides comprehensive scientific testing method for battery and UPS power supply maintenance. It has charging, discharging, single-unit detection, online monitoring and activation functions. This all in one test set reduce the labor intensity of maintenance personnel and enterprise costs.

GDCF actually discharges the battery pack through the built-in electronic load. Meet the 10-300V battery pack discharge test. The tester can monitor the battery voltage, discharge current, discharge time, discharge capacity and other parameters in real time during the discharge process. It is suitable for the activation and discharge of various batteries, the discharge when the battery is initially charged, and the maintenance and discharge of the battery. It has the advantages of easy operation and safe discharge.



Features
 
  1. All in one function. Charging, discharging, single-unit detection, online monitoring and activation.
  2. It uses custom nichrome resistors as load sources. Low resistance value which can achieve higher current discharge, customized appearance for higher power density.
  3. High precision: the precision can be controlled within ±0.001Ω, which makes the discharge process more stable as a load source.
  4. Low temperature coefficient: less affected by temperature coefficient, strong environmental adaptability.
  5. Resistance to current impact: strong current resistance capability, can quickly respond to large current impact, and the discharge process is more reliable.
  6. Smart chip control: The discharge process is intelligently controlled and automatically adjusted following the battery voltage drop to ensure constant current discharge.
  7. The voltage of a single battery is collected in real time and displayed as a curve, which is convenient for evaluation and analysis. At the same time, it can intelligently analyze the battery voltage status and make an evaluation. The conversion between discharge capacity and discharge hour rate is intelligently calculated to achieve the best evaluation effect of battery capacity status.
  8. A variety of thresholds can be set for intelligent judgment.
  9. Discharge test function: After the battery pack is disconnected from the system, the smart dummy load is used for constant current or constant power discharge, or the smart dummy load is connected in parallel with the user equipment for constant current discharge. After setting the parameters such as discharge voltage, discharge current, discharge time, discharge capacity and other thresholds, the tester will automatically perform the discharge function, and display the discharge current, battery discharged capacity, whole group voltage, single-cell battery voltage, and discharge time in real time and other data. The discharge parameters can be modified during the discharge test. The discharge test can be stopped when the battery pack reaches the set value of the terminal discharge voltage, the set value of the terminal discharge capacity, the set value of the terminal discharge time, the voltage of any single cell is lower than the set value of the terminal cell voltage, or the terminal operation is performed manually.
  10. Charging function: Automatic charging is carried out strictly according to the battery charging characteristic curve. The designed charging mode is "constant current → (equalizing voltage regulation value) constant voltage and current reducing → (automatic judgment is converted to) trickle floating charging", the instrument has a charging mode. It has the advantages of fast speed, high efficiency of charging and reduction, no need for manual duty, no danger of overcharging when charging for a long time, and ensuring the service life of the battery.
  11. Discharge, charge and activation function: After the battery pack is disconnected from the system and the discharge and charge parameters are set, the tester starts to work. After the battery pack is discharged, it will automatically switch to the charging function without manual operation.
  12. 7-inch large LCD touch screen: It adopts a 7-inch large-size high-brightness touch screen with a resolution of 1024x600, which can be clicked directly on the screen, which is simple and clear. Strong anti-interference ability.
  13. Using LORA wireless monomer monitoring module (optional): Compatible with 2V/4V/6V/12V single cell voltage monitoring. Each wireless monitoring module can monitor 6 cells at the same time. Compared with the method of monitoring one cell voltage per module, the number of modules that need to be configured is only 1/6 (48V only needs 4 monitoring modules).
  14. Charge and discharge current automatic calculation function: built-in discharge coefficient of each hour rate, which can automatically calculate the discharge current to be set according to the nominal capacity of the battery under test and the required discharge rate.
  15. During the charging and discharging process of the battery, the voltage of each cell is detected and displayed in real time: the change trajectory of the voltage histogram of each cell is displayed on the host screen, the data table display is supported, and the cell with the highest and lowest voltage can be automatically displayed in real time, to help you quickly analyze trends in single cell changes.
  16. Charge and discharge curve viewing: You can review the voltage and current curves of the battery pack during the discharge process.
  17. Built-in multiple charge and discharge templates: The instrument has built-in up to 6 groups of (expandable) test templates for selection, making testing more convenient. You can also modify and use the test template yourself.
  18. Quick test function: After the instrument is connected to the battery pack, it can automatically identify the battery pack voltage, and the user can start the test with one key without setting any parameters.
  19. Data storage: The host is configured with a U disk for data transfer, and the data analysis software can analyze the data and support report generation.
