I. General information

GDBT-5000kVA/35kV is mainly to make no-load and load test, power frequency withstand voltage test and DC resistance test for 35kV, 5000kVA and below distribution transformers.

IV. Software operation
  1. Software interface introduction
After power on the test bench, open the software icon to enter the main page of the system as shown in the following figure, including system setting, test product information, system status display, real-time test data, experimental operation area, etc
  1. Main menus and submenus
The top part displays 6 main menus in order: Tested product information, Communication setting, Program setting, Test report, Alarm information, Test completion function menu, as shown in the figure below:

2.1 Test product management menu

[Equipment] The menu is mainly used to build the information of tested transformer, select the previous record file, or exit the software. Click this menu system to pop up, as follows,



[Equipment] can be selected as: transformer, reactor, switchgear.

Click [Add]
Pop-up bullet box is used to set some of the main parameters of the tested transformer, mainly transformer nameplate parameters. According to the above parameters, a pull-down arrow indicates an alternative for choice.



Setting method:
 
  1. Serial Number: Input the serial number of tested transformers.
  2. Type: Basic model of transformer, such as S11, S13, etc.
  3. Rated power: the capacity of the transformer, such as 400kVA.
  4. HV Rated V(V): the high voltage side rated voltage of the transformer.
  5. LV Rated V (V): the low voltage side rated voltage of the transformer.
  6. HV Rated I (A): The high voltage side rated current of the transformer
will be automatically calculated by the rated capacity and the high voltage side rated voltage.
  1. LV Rated I (A): The low voltage side rated current of the transformer
will be automatically calculated by the rated capacity and the low voltage side rated voltage.
  1. Equipment type: select the transformer type, such as oil-immersion
transformer, etc.
  1. Phase: Single phase or three phase can be selected.
  2.  Connection Symbol: Select the connection of tested transformer.
  3.  Short circuit impedance: transformer short circuit impedance, input
number, no %.
  1.  Copper/Aluminum: cooper and aluminum coefficient, such as: copper 235.
13) Reference temperature: the selection window can be pulled down, such as 75ºC.
14) Tapping range: such as Tap 5, 2.5 voltage regulation ratio is ± 2 * 2.5%.
15) Structure type: the selection window can be pulled down, such as: oil immersion.
16) Cooling mode: can be pulled down the window for selection, such as: ONAN.
17) Test completed: you can pull down the window for selection, such as: to be checked.

[Delete] Available to delete the selected useless number.

[Modify] Modify the parameters corresponding to the incorrect setting mark.

[Report] Query the selected number report.

[Device number / Information number] You can also find it according to the label number, and then view the parameters or reports.
